Introduction

Hello!

I am Brandon Haggerty. I am originally from Shinnston, WV but currently reside in Fairmont. I am a music educator and I am currently going for my master's in digital media at FSU. I have also worked at a local music shop for the past five years, as well as working as a local music instructor. I am hoping to find new and inventive ways of teaching music in the classroom using digital media. And this is the first class I have taken for the program.

    Hello Brandon. You're a busy man! How wonderful that you are able to take something you love such as music, and apply it to so many aspects of your life. I'm sure your passion for music and your knowledge of the subject is so beneficial for your students. Have a good semester!

    Brandon! It's great to have you in the class! I did student teaching at Lincoln High, and I really fell in love with the Shinnston area. Your Animoto was excellent, and I agree that music is life!! Can't wait to work with you, sir!

    Brandon, I am a Library Teacher, and I have been putting together Makerspaces. In one of my activities, I would like to download a couple of music creating/producing apps or programs that students who are interested in music can experience. Do you have any suggestions?
